How these lessons are built

We teach physics as something learners do together, not something done to them. Most lessons here are built around a cooperative-learning structure that develops the 21st century skills of collaboration and communication: a clear task, a real reason to talk, and individual accountability so every learner thinks, not just the confident few.

Structured talk also gives our many English-as-an-additional-language learners a safe route into the physics, rehearsing an idea with a partner before they have to write it. The plans pair this with active practice, quick formative checks, and grouping that lets stronger and developing learners move each other forward.
