Every part, two ways
Each part of the bundle opens right here on the site, projectable in any browser, and downloads as an editable file, never a locked PDF. Adapt them to your set, your timing and your school's calendar.
Lesson plan
The 45-minute plan, with the vector triangle, both methods, examiner traps and a timing and contingency note.
Worksheet and answers
Six original Extended questions, with diagrams to read, and a full worked answer key with marking notes.
Slides
Your actual slides, presented right in the browser, with the live simulation linked beneath; the download is fully editable.
21st century skills activity
Rally Coach paired practice with two matched problem sets and a full answer key, plus a facilitation guide so it runs faithfully.
Send learners to the lesson online
This bundle pairs with the student topic page Resultant of perpendicular vectors, which walks through the vector triangle and both methods, and with the site simulation Resultant of Two Perpendicular Forces, where varying the two components shows the resultant change in size and direction.
One headline, then two methods
The lesson opens on the trap: 3 N and 4 N at right angles do not make 7 N. From there it builds two methods on the same example, scale drawing and calculation, so learners can see the resultant measured and then confirmed by Pythagoras and the tangent ratio.
Rally Coach then gives step-by-step paired practice on clean triples, where the coaching catches the usual slips: adding magnitudes, mixing up the tangent sides, or leaving off the direction. The activity ships with a full facilitation guide, and every answer must carry a magnitude and a direction.
